Scope and Contents
This series was previously arranged into subject categories and organized alphabetically by American Folk Art Museum librarians Rita Keckeissen and Eugene Sheehy in 1993. Files are divided into different categories that are further categorized into different artists, art institutions, and other folk art collections. The artist files include correspondence between artists and Earnest, as well as information related to exhibitions that included these artists. There are some material and blueprints regarding The Willard Gallery and the Wendell Gilley Museum.
